Infosys Unveils AI-Enhanced Marketing Suite “Aster” to Revolutionize B2B and B2C Marketing

On June 18, Infosys introduced its groundbreaking Generative AI-enabled marketing suite, Aster, designed to enhance agility within the marketing value chain for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) brands.

“Aster leverages AI-driven insights to provide an integrated, real-time perspective across customers, brands, channels, and trends, enabling businesses to significantly boost their marketing ROI,” the company announced in a press release.

Aster taps into the AI and Generative AI capabilities of Infosys Topaz to elevate marketing performance.

Infosys Topaz comprises a suite of AI-first services, solutions, and platforms utilizing cutting-edge generative AI technologies.

Infosys reported that Aster has enabled global brands to achieve up to a 50% increase in repeat customers, a 30% reduction in marketing operation costs, and a 40% boost in sales.

In one example, Infosys highlighted how Aster developed a comprehensive digital ecosystem for an international racing giant, acting as the creative partner to deliver highly personalized visual experiences that significantly increased user engagement.

The content engine, paired with a ticketing system, transformed millions of fans into loyal customers.

The Topaz-powered suite has helped brands enhance channel efficiency by analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies in real-time.
